RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is important to us, please verify your products upon delivery, however we understand that on occasion mishaps may occur and your product may become damaged in transit. Please contact us within 7 days at admin@blackhorsenaturals.com.au with proof of purchase and photo documentation of the damage and contents.

Our return policy is 14 days from receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
