Once your order has been placed via our website, we will send an email confirmation containing order details.

Your order will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours or the next business day. If you place your order on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed the following business day. 

We currently ship within Australia at a flat rate fee of $15.50 via Australia Post, please use the Contact Us tab for International Shipping Rates.

Generally, orders will arrive within 5-7 business days, however some delays may occur throughout the year due to postage demand.

Our range is available through Petstock and Independent Retailers across Australia and are distributed through Eastern Distributors, Australia’s largest wholesale pet supply distributor who support our range into retail stores and online sellers.
